It's night and day difference between the bag I got through Amazon originally. This bag was pristine and the taste is spot on. Every piece is a perfect slice, no shreds or fluff. Dark, rich brown color, not hay colored like the old bag. I really think that the other bag got very hot or something and out the taste off. Thank you so much. Now I know that if I am in the mood for biltong, Ayoba-yo is a good choice. Thanks for the customer service as well.....
